Thank you for using Kuriei. This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through our website and services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. General Refund Principles

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided:

  • The purchase was made in error.
  • The service was not delivered as described.
  • You have not consumed a majority of your included generation credits.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Generation credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable.
  • Partial-month usage after the 14-day window is not eligible for pro-rated refunds.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us with your account email and order details. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
