Thank you for using Kuriei (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application (the “App”).

1. Data Collection

When you use Kuriei, we process the following data to provide the service:

  • URLs you submit — We fetch and parse the content of product pages you provide to generate creative briefs. This content is processed transiently and not stored long-term.
  • Generated content — Ad copy and image generation prompts are sent to third-party AI providers (see Section 4). Generated images are hosted temporarily by those providers.

2. Accounts & Personal Information

Certain features require account creation. When you register, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. We use this information solely to manage your account and communicate service updates.

3. Analytics

We may use anonymized, aggregated analytics to understand usage patterns and improve the App. These do not identify individual users.

4. Third-Party Services

To deliver AI-powered features, we send data to the following processors:

  • Amazon Web Services (Bedrock) — for LLM-powered brief extraction and copy generation.
  • Fal.ai — for image generation and editing.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not share personal information with them beyond what is necessary to perform the service.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

The App may use local storage or cookies to save preferences (such as cookie consent). Analytics cookies, if enabled, are anonymized. No personal data is stored in cookies.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Data Retention

Submitted URLs and generated content are processed transiently. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the date above or provide in-app notice.
